Mike’s job is quite simple – to own the vision.
Mike does it all – from balancing the resources (capital and people) to building the culture within. We have not seen Mike surprised by anything yet, despite the countless issues facing him daily – one minute Mike is discussing a new product, the next a human resources issue — and then along comes a sales problem, etc.
Finally, Mike’s job is to oversee and deliver the company’s performance, ultimately what matters the most. Mike serves as the interface between internal operations and external stakeholders, making sure the company is moving forward at all times.
